
Technical Customer Support Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced organization. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive and responsive when dealing with customer inquiries, and demonstrate consistent administrative efficiency and accuracy.
Daily Responsibilities:- Assist customers with system setup and account creation for advertising campaigns.
- Troubleshoot and assist with queries related to system setup, account creation, payment features, etc.
- Troubleshoot and assist with advertising campaign launches and glitches via the system.
- Help customers navigate system features and toolsets for maximum value.
- Assist customers with domain and proxy inquiries and setups.
- Troubleshoot proxy and domain-related issues.
- Support customers with card setups for media buying.
- Offer extended after-hours support to customers on behalf of technical departments.
- Assist with outreach and sales efforts.
- Manage accounts inventory using effective farming methods and techniques.
- Assist with customer communication and information dissemination.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent listening and comprehension abilities.
- Understanding of concepts, system features, policies, and procedures.
- Administrative skills, attention to detail, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Technical and business concept understanding at a high level.
