Job Opportunity: Business Development Officer / Course Advisor

Synergic Training & Consulting is a leading professional development and corporate training institute, delivering impactful learning programs for over 20 years. With a presence in Abu Dhabi and Pakistan, we specialize in finance, digital skills, and management training tailored to industry needs.

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and courses within Pakistan. This is an onsite position based at our office in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our programs to prospective students and corporate clients.
  • Conduct consultations to advise students on course options based on their career goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly to the management team.
  • Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars to drive enrollment.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills and Experience: Previous experience in education sales or advisory roles is preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills are essential.

Work Environment: Based in Islamabad and available for full-time, on-site work.
