Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Manager to lead our business development, vendor management, and product innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, digital lending, and business strategy, with a proven track record of managing key stakeholders, including Telcos (Jazz, Easypaisa), Credit Bureaus, and 1Link. The role requires a proactive leader who can drive business growth, achieve OKRs, and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, including Telcos (Jazz, Easypaisa), Credit Bureaus, 1Link, and other fintech stakeholders.

Negotiate and manage contracts, SLAs, and partnerships to ensure seamless collaboration.

Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams in the digital lending sector.

Monitor vendor performance, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Define and execute business strategies to achieve company objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and portfolio expansion through data-driven decision-making.

Prepare business performance reports, analyze KPIs, and present insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial role, within fintech, digital lending, banking, or telecom financial services.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital lending ecosystems.

Network: Established relationships with Jazz, Easypaisa, 1Link, Credit Bureaus, and other fintech players.

Skills:

o Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

o Analytical mindset with expertise in business strategy and performance metrics.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and data analytics.

o Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
