Job Opportunity: HR & Admin Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of HR & Admin Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our human resources and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and has a strong interest in both human resource and office management.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents such as contracts, offer letters, and memos.
  • Handle correspondence and inquiries related to HR matters.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and maintain a candidate database.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with legal and company policies.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring up-to-date and accurate employee records.
  • Handle administrative tasks as required.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Manage vendor coordination, courier services, and office maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and office logistics.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of the workplace.
  • Support management in the execution of administrative and HR-related projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 year of experience in an HR role or administrative position is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
