A Human Resources Generalist is required to manage various aspects of HR, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and conflict resolution.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work.

Main Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement: Analyze employee trends to identify ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain knowledge of legal standards and mitigate risks related to daily management of employees.
  • Conflict Resolution: Assist management in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Culture and Ethics: Establish standards for ethics, values, and culture.
  • Onboarding and Immigration: Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Abilities: Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
