A Strategic HR Partner
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a highly skilled HR Generalist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing end-to-end support to professionals and associate level employees.
You will be responsible for implementing HR initiatives to drive company values and embedding an inclusive company culture through various employee engagement activities.
Main Responsibilities:- Performance Management: Support internal stakeholders during annual performance reviews, including refresher sessions to ensure effective goal setting, career development, and performance feedback.
- People & Capability Review: Facilitate the annual People & Capability process by identifying key themes and trends, and provide support to business leaders in creating robust development plans to meet succession and team development needs.
- New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end new joiner onboarding for professionals and associates, including developing detailed orientation plans and preparing organizational announcements.
- Employee Engagement Initiatives: Support HR leads in organizing international and regional events, as well as local events to enhance employee experience.
- Organizational Effectiveness & Development: Work with HRBP's to implement structural improvements and functional reorganization to achieve business strategy and meet evolving talent needs.
- HR Operations: Ensure timely delivery of HR reports, resolve Workday queries, and participate in HR assignments such as Employee Climate Surveys and Annual Performance Reviews.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Management Sciences.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in HR.
- Skills: English fluency, both written and spoken.
