Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing employee terminations, including final settlements and documentation
  • Communicating HR policies to employees, ensuring understanding and adherence
  • Maintaining confidential HR records, such as compensation and benefits information
  • Providing training and development opportunities for new and existing employees
  • Preparing and processing payroll, bonuses, and other employee benefits in a timely manner
  • Addressing employee grievances and concerns in a fair and prompt manner
  • Fostering a positive work environment by engaging with employees and promoting motivation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
