Human Resource Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Human Resource Director. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing a team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Management: Assist with recruitment, oversee onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, performance, absence, and leave issues, as well as employee relations.
  • Performance Evaluations: Oversee the cycle of staff performance evaluations to ensure fair and consistent application of organisational policies.
  • HR Policy Creation: Create and implement policies and procedures pertaining to employees, fostering a culture of recognition and reward for exceptional behaviour and performance.
  • Employee Engagement: Conduct and manage employee surveys, identify areas for improvement, and take appropriate steps to enhance the work environment.

Job Specification:

  • The ability to create an atmosphere where people and performance are prioritised through previous expertise in both the business and the management of people.
  • Rapid and peaceful resolution of concerns involving employees.
  • More than ten years of experience in fields such as onboarding, motivation, retention, training, and well-being for employees.
  • Extensive experience managing a multi-cultural and multi-level human resources department, growing operations and optimising employee performance.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • A strategic leader who can successfully drive change management and employee engagement.
  • Great people management, stakeholder relations, and client management abilities, as well as being emotionally balanced and confident with an outgoing personality.
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as influencing and conflict management abilities.
