Job Overview

We seek an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales executives and telemarketing employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 10 Sales Executives and 5 Telemarketing employees. Provide training and guidance to ensure the team meets sales targets.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Identify new market opportunities and target audiences.
  3. Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with the media and marketing teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns. Provide insights on market trends to the strategy team.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory sales role.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
