Main Responsibilities
  1. The IT Business Development Lead will assist in planning, developing, and closing digital sales proposals with Account Executives.
  2. This role involves providing bi-monthly reporting to clients using internal software and Excel spreadsheets.
  3. The successful candidate will stay updated on online advertising trends and innovations.
  4. They will filter complex solutions into concise marketing plans.
  5. They will communicate account needs, issues, and status effectively with Account Executives.
  6. They will deliver exceptional customer service, organizational skills, and follow-up support.
  7. The IT Business Development Lead will create digital display ads as needed using Photoshop.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in digital media marketing.
  • Professional attitude and positive demeanor.
  • Conflict resolution experience and awareness.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Consistency in following processes and thoroughness in execution.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Pleasure in working in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
