Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and be able to effectively manage all aspects of the function.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
