Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including initial screening of CVs, shortlisting candidates for interviews, conducting tests, background checks, complete documentation, and before and after hiring formalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Line Manager in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees through an environment that fosters communication and cooperation.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievances of employees and share them with the Line Manager on a regular basis.
  • Assist the Line Manager in all employee engagement activities required from time to time (Birthday celebrations, Picnics, Corporate dinners, and other team-building activities).

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience working in the human resources department, preferably in a financial institution in an HR Generalist role.
  • Complete knowledge of the recruitment cycle and ability to handle it independently in the absence of the Manager - HR & Admin.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the HR department at each level.
  • Result-oriented individual with good listening, politeness, and cooperativeness.
  • Organized, multi-tasking, and an active team member with proficient skills in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
