Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruiting delivery personnel, specifically cyclists, motorcycle riders, and car drivers.

Candidates should be eligible for relocation or have the decision to migrate for joining our UAE team after completing a successful probation period of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans for high-volume hiring of delivery drivers (cycle, bike, and car).
  • Post job openings across various platforms, including job portals, social media, and local networks.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on license type, delivery experience, and location.
  • Coordinate road tests, orientation, and onboarding procedures.
  • Ensure all documents (licenses, visas, IDs) are valid and comply with local legal requirements.
  • Maintain a candidate database categorized by vehicle type and location.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to understand staffing needs and delivery coverage areas.
  • Monitor recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continuously optimize the hiring process.
