Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service department. This role requires an experienced professional with 5+ years of experience in managing a team and handling complex customer issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to build and engage a high-performing team.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Planning, prioritizing, and delegating work tasks to ensure seamless operation of the customer services department.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and implementing initiatives to drive customer loyalty.
- Handling complex and escalated customer service issues.
- Developing and implementing in-house customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Have previous call centre or customer service management experience.
- Be educated to a minimum of Bachelor's/Master's level.
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and night shifts.
