Job Summary: Growmore Logistics is looking for a skilled Business Development Sales Executive to manage and oversee the sales process, identify and research opportunities in new and existing markets, communicate with clients, create positive relationships, run outbound campaigns, maintain client activities, ensure excellent customer service, develop bonds with key decision-makers, translate proposals into ready-to-sign contracts, own the sales lifecycle, manage virtual and in-person sales meetings, generate leads & sales from social media platforms, achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Process Management: Manage and oversee the sales process.
  2. Market Opportunity Identification: Identify and research opportunities in new and existing markets.
  3. Customer Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  4. Sales Relationship Building: Create lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  5. Outbound Campaign Execution: Run outbound campaigns to create sales opportunities.
  6. Client Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers.
  7. Sales Target Achievement: Target and close sales with clients.

Requirements:
  1. Onsite Commitment: Full-time onsite work commitment.
  2. Educational Background: Minimum graduation degree (masters preferred).
  3. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English language (speaking, listening, writing).
  4. Compensation Package: A basic package including commission with potential for limitless growth.
  5. Work Schedule Flexibility: Night shift timings (7:00 PM - 3:00 AM Pakistan Time).
  6. Industry Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales (logistics experience preferred).
