Digital Marketing Expert

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals. Your expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media management, and PPC advertising will be instrumental in driving targeted traffic and conversions.

About the Role:

  • Develop and oversee a digital marketing strategy that meets our business objectives.
  • Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Broaden your horizons by brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Partner with agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, offering thought leadership and perspective for adoption.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • A highly creative individual with experience identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
