Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels, ensuring timely resolution of their issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible, and providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Offer personalized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer, building rapport and trust through effective communication.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, maintaining a comprehensive record of their history and preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative or a similar role for 1-2 years, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in using Excel to analyze data, create reports, and maintain customer records, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach that prioritizes the needs and satisfaction of our customers.
