Job Summary

As a skilled operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our power plants.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to execute operational tasks within a plant, following established procedures to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

  • Operate the plant according to company policies and procedures to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks.
  • Assist in start-up, shut-down, and normal operations of the power plant systems.
  • Monitor and report on the status of tasks and activities, ensuring timely completion.
  • Identify and resolve routine problems within the scope of work, escalating complex issues to higher levels.

Key responsibilities include operating the plant safely and efficiently, maintaining tools and equipment, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and activities.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the plant in a clean and safe condition at all times, supporting continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to current work methods, and participating in implementing new practices.

Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with team members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the plant.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a Diploma/ BE in Electrical and a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Desired skills include good cultural knowledge, quality, health, safety & environment awareness, problem-solving & decision-making, and strong collaboration skills.
