Outreach and Organic Growth Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven professional to lead our international and local digital outreach initiatives, drive organic growth, and own our social media presence. The ideal candidate will transition our outreach efforts from traditional methods to modern, scalable, and software-driven strategies while still utilizing conventional channels where necessary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ideating and executing content strategies, driving SEO, and managing events (both virtual and in-person) to generate engagement, leads, and brand awareness. This includes leading international outreach efforts for new business and brand visibility across Canada, the Middle East, and the US.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leads international outreach efforts for new business and brand visibility across Canada, the Middle East, and the US.
  • Phases out cold calling by introducing modern tools and automation for LinkedIn, email, and other digital outreach.
  • Plans and executes targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn automation and messaging, cold/warm email campaigns (automated and personalized), calling campaigns, and launch outreach campaigns for new products/services in the Pakistani market.
  • Regularly evaluates outreach tools and CRM integration to enhance lead quality and response rates.
  • Develops and owns the company's social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Ideates, plans, and executes content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Drives measurable growth in impressions, engagement, and followers.
  • Collaborates with design and content teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Monitors trends, tracks performance metrics, and optimizes based on analytics.

Content Development & SEO

The successful candidate will also oversee the creation of high-quality written and visual content for blogs, social media, and campaigns. They will ensure on-page and technical SEO best practices are implemented across the website and drive off-page SEO by building backlinks, citations, and partnerships.

Event Management

The successful candidate will plan and execute online (webinars) and offline (in-person) events to engage prospects and customers. They will coordinate logistics, promotions, invites, and follow-ups for each event and ensure all events meet predefined KPIs and support broader outreach goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital outreach, and/or social media management.
  • Proven track record of running successful outreach or organic growth campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with email/LinkedIn automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of social media tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
