Job Overview

Maintain precise and up-to-date HR documents within the Microsoft Teams environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflows.

  • Support in developing and updating business processes and procedures.
  • Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in employment law to minimize risks and maximize compliance.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of employee benefits and compensation systems, promoting a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Keep accurate records of benefit plans, including insurance, personnel transactions, and employee statistics for informed decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing reports for government compliance, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in organizational behavior and leadership principles.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR/administration experience are encouraged to apply, bringing innovative ideas and a growth mindset.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and negotiate diverse perspectives.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and MS Teams, with a willingness to learn and integrate new technologies into existing workflows.
