
Chief Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and plan travel with high efficiency and confidentiality.
- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and visa requirements.
- Prepare agendas, briefings, presentations, and take detailed meeting notes when required.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in project coordination, following up on deliverables and deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support the CEO in day-to-day operations and office-related functions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting a C-level executive.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
