Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, organizing meetings and appointments, handling administrative and clerical tasks, and acting as the first point of contact for the CEO. Additional duties include managing communications, preparing reports and documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to support the CEO effectively.

- Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills
- Diary Management and Administrative Assistance skills
- Clerical skills and excellent organizational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
