Job Title: Financial Trader

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in executing equity trades and managing SMA portfolios.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills to work closely with clients and ensure their investment guidelines are met.
  • The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of capital markets and be able to navigate complex financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute equity trades for SMA portfolios in compliance with investment mandates.
  2. Ensure adherence to client investment guidelines and restrictions.
  3. Monitor market movements and liquidity conditions.
  4. Resolve settlement issues and failed trades.
  5. Respond to client queries regarding trades and portfolio positions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferably).
    • CFA Level 1 Passed is preferred.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in equity dealing, trading, or a related financial role.

Essential Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong Knowledge of Capital Markets.

Location: Head Office
