Facilities Management Leader

We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee society management, administration, security operations, maintenance, and coordination with government bodies.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage utility services, and maintain a safe and efficient environment for residents and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee society management, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
- Supervise security teams to ensure safety and compliance with security protocols.
- Manage administrative functions, records, and documentation.
- Plan and monitor maintenance activities for buildings, facilities, and common areas.
- Liaise with government departments, regulatory bodies, and service providers.
- Oversee water supply and electricity management for the society.
- Prepare and monitor budgets for maintenance and operational expenses.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain resident satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, safety regulations, and guidelines.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in society administration, security, and facility management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of utility management (water & electricity).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and administrative documentation.
