Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a real impact in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, via email or chat, to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and offer relevant support to ensure their technical issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and best practices, and to gather feedback from customers to improve our services.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for junior Customer Support Representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and help desk software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
  • A patient and empathetic approach when dealing with challenging cases, and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer expectations.
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus, but not essential.
