Customer Service Representative Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to fill the Customer Service Representative position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Offer accurate information to customers regarding product details and pricing.
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective customer needs fulfillment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Intermediate or higher education level.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and motivated by achieving targets.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Representative in an IT/Software Development company.
