  4. Customer Relationships: Build long-term relationships with existing customers through regular engagement and support.
  5. Territory Development: Develop and execute sales plans tailored to the territory's needs, ensuring effective promotional activities.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to ensure aligned strategies and goals.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales initiatives' effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  8. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  9. Customer Support: Provide training and support to customers to enhance their experience and drive loyalty.
  10. Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare regular reports on sales activities and territory insights, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the washing powder & dish wash bar industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
