Develop and Deliver Compelling Training Content

As a key member of our onboarding facilitation team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our sales staff.

Key to your success will be close collaboration with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance the relevance and engagement of our onboarding program.

Ideal candidates will have experience working in or contributing to the development of an onboarding program that has delivered value to new team members from acceptance through their first quota milestone.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Deliver Engaging Training Content: Create structured slide decks, internal product materials, videos, and eLearning experiences for entry to mid-level front-line sales staff.
  2. Support New Team Members: Provide coaching and guidance as needed to support multiple classes of new team members throughout the onboarding process.
  3. Develop Exercises and Activities: Enhance learning and retention by developing and implementing exercises and activities.
  4. Source Enablement Content: Source and create enablement content, such as email templates, talking points/scripts, and role plays.
  5. Coordinate Training Sessions: Schedule training sessions and handle facilitator requests, collaborating with the Program Manager on new initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Sales Training: 2+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or related roles.
  • Facilitation and Coaching Skills: Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to analyze and improve training effectiveness.
  • Content Development: Experience designing and delivering sales training content, with a passion for sales, enablement, and developing top teams.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
