Training and Development Specialist

Role Overview

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet the evolving needs of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement engaging training experiences that drive associate development and business outcomes.

  • Design and develop training programs that align with adult learning principles and address critical business skills.
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions that promote active learning and reinforce key concepts.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create targeted training content that addresses specific business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training delivery, participation, and evaluation data.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to enhance training modules, materials, and delivery methods.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing training programs that meet the needs of our business.
  • Facilitating live and virtual training sessions that promote active learning and reinforce key concepts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve training effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, and other relevant software applications.
