Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Talent & People Manager to lead our team's growth and structure.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and manage onboarding processes that effectively integrate new hires.
  • Maintain and organize internal documentation, SOPs, and knowledge systems.
  • Support managers with team coordination, scheduling, and communication workflows.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across our remote, international team.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and performance processes, fostering a strong team culture.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in hiring, HR, or people operations.
  • Background in direct response eCommerce or fast-paced online businesses is an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage remote, international teams.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, preferably with Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, or similar.
  • Experience building and managing onboarding systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • A proactive, structured approach – you bring clarity and organization to fast-moving environments.
