Key Front Desk Officer Role

The primary objective of the Front Desk Officer is to create a welcoming environment for residents and guests while ensuring smooth building operations.

  • Effectively manage the lobby area by maintaining its cleanliness, organization, and adherence to the building's aesthetic standards.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain all amenities, including the GYM, Mini Cinema, Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, and public areas.
  • Address and resolve resident and visitor inquiries through prompt and professional communication via calls, emails, or walk-ins.
  • Monitor security operations, maintain visitor logs, and ensure compliance with building rules and regulations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for residents and guests, providing assistance and information as needed.
  • Collaborate with facility management to report maintenance or operational concerns requiring attention.
  • Assist in emergency response coordination, ensuring efficient protocol execution.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between departments to maintain exceptional service standards within the building.
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports on lobby operations, visitor logs, and housekeeping schedules.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in receptionist duties, customer service, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with clients.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and basic computer skills; knowledge of office equipment, including phones and printers.
  • Ability to perform various office tasks such as filing and organizing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Location: Lahore.
  • Work Schedule: Night Shift (4pm to 12am).
