**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Sales Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maximizing business from existing accounts and creating new accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Creating strategic account plans that define a clear growth strategy across and within covered accounts.
- Identifying and pursuing new projects, developing project pipelines, and working on converting prospective clients into potential clients.
- Closing opportunities/sales by reinforcing business value and KalSoft competencies.
- Collaborating with the Supervisor on disqualification of accounts, discounting, and pricing matters.
