Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer experiences. BPO experience is a plus, but not required.

This is a full-time/part-time opportunity that offers the flexibility to work 40 hours per week. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing administrative support.

To succeed in this role, you must be proactive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to new challenges. You should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic knowledge of computer tools.
