
Platform Service Representative

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to manage customer queries via email and chat for UK-based customers. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing platform assistance, and tracking feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions via email and chat efficiently.
- Assist customers with platform features, troubleshooting, and new functionality insights.
- Track and share customer feedback with internal teams.
- Collaborate in training junior chat support agents.
Requirements:
- Experience in E-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WordPress.
- Expertise in email-based support.
- Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
