Commercial Lead for Fragrance Products in Pakistan

We are seeking a talented Commercial Lead to drive our fragrance business in Pakistan. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market and the ability to build strong relationships with key customers.

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing business strategies and providing intimate support to our expanding customer base.

This role offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional development, reporting directly to the Pakistan Country Manager. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing Business Strategies
    • Developing account plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies.
  • Managing Customer Relationships
    • Fostering relationships with key internal and external decision-makers.
    • Providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Driving Business Growth
    • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow and defend existing business.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of the fragrance industry and Pakistani market.
  • A strong passion for fragrance and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
