Business Development Professional - Key Accounts

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Professional to lead our key account strategy in Pakistan. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market and the ability to build strong relationships with key customers.

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow and defend existing business.

This role offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional development, reporting directly to the Pakistan Country Manager. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying New Business Opportunities
    • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
    • Building relationships with key customers and prospects.
  • Developing Business Strategies
    • Developing account plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies.
  • Managing Customer Relationships
    • Fostering relationships with key internal and external decision-makers.
    • Providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of the fragrance industry and Pakistani market.
  • A strong passion for fragrance and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
