Training and Development Specialist



Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Training and Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and enhancing the learning culture across our organization.

You will be responsible for helping plan, implement, and evaluate training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform at their best.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of training programs and learning initiatives.
  • Identify employee learning needs in collaboration with HR and departmental leads.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Track, record, and maintain training participation and completion data using Learning Management System tools.
  • Assist in developing training content, manuals, and digital learning materials.
  • Gather and analyze post-training feedback to assess learning impact and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the timely coordination and smooth delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Stay up to date with learning trends and suggest innovative approaches to improve employee development.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a training or development role.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems or e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail.

Certification (Preferred):
  • HR or L&D certifications such as CIPD Level 3, SHRM-CP, or relevant short courses in instructional design or training.
