This is a Senior Business Development role at our Karachi Office. As a senior business development professional, you will be leading the presales and technical support team to ensure seamless deployment and integration of enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong understanding of ICT solutions, networking, software development, and other relevant technologies. They must have experience with CRM tools, project management software, and technical support systems. Strong leadership and customer-facing skills are required for this role.

Job Description:
  • Lead and manage the presales and support team to assist the sales process by delivering tailored technical solutions that meet client needs.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop presales and technical support staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Product development) to align technical resources and meet customer requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements, develop proposals, and deliver presentations and demonstrations of products/services.
  • Ensure high-quality post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and customer training.
Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, acting as a point of escalation for complex technical issues.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in presales, technical support, or a related technical role.
  • Strong understanding of ICT solutions, networking, software development, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with CRM tools, project management software, and technical support systems.
