Financial Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to oversee our company's financial activities and provide strategic guidance to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, including recommendations for future action.

  4. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging risks to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role.
  2. Strong understanding of financial trends, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  5. BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  6. Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar considered an asset.
