Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our financial reporting functions.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a strong background in financial management and analysis.

The role requires the ability to oversee budgeting activities, manage fixed assets, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring adherence to IFRS and other applicable standards.
  • Budgeting & Projections: Develop periodical cash flow projections for effective cash flow management and collaborate with departments to compile the annual budget.
  • Fixed Assets Management: Oversee the acquisition, disposal, and maintenance of fixed assets, ensuring complete and up-to-date records.
  • Regulatory Filing: Prepare applications and required documentation for updating our profile on relevant regulatory portals.
  • Provident Fund Management: Oversee end-to-end Provident Fund operations, including preparing monthly accounts, processing settlements, withdrawals, and investments.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and resolve queries promptly.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting and statutory compliance.
