Cloud Solutions Architect

We seek a skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable solutions for our customers. As a trusted advisor, you will help them integrate our AI-powered platform into their business.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure customers can effectively leverage our platform to build high-performance integration solutions.

  • Design cloud-based solutions that meet customers' business needs and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance on API architecture, data flow, and integration strategies.
  • Develop proof-of-concept integrations demonstrating our platform's capabilities and assisting customers in implementation.
  • Optimize solutions for scalability and performance, handling millions of transactions per second/minute with sub-millisecond latency.
  • Drive API and automation excellence, assisting customers in leveraging our APIs, AI-powered automation, and smart connectivity features.
  • Ensure security and compliance by implementing best practices for API security, authentication (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
  • Collaborate across teams, providing customer feedback and contributing to product improvements.
  • Educate and enable customers, partners, and internal teams on best practices for using our integration platform effectively.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise integration.
  • Strong background in API architecture, RESTful & GraphQL APIs, and event-driven integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with backend development in Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
  • Knowledge of API authentication, security best practices (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
  • Experience designing solutions that handle high-scale, low-latency transactions.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (Mulesoft, Workato, Tray.io, etc.) and automation workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
