Key Integration Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled integration engineer to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for architecting solutions that meet the complex needs of our customers.

You will analyze business processes and design production-ready integrations that seamlessly integrate with our customers' SaaS products. Your expertise in REST/JSON, HTTP, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 will enable you to craft innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.

  • Own post-sales technical onboarding: turn high-level use cases into detailed solution designs.
  • Map business processes → API calls, data models, event triggers, and AI-powered automation flows.
  • Prototype and launch new app connectors, authentication flows, and two-way data syncs.
  • Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and create statements of work.
  • Troubleshoot live integrations, optimize performance, and write clear hand-off docs.
  • Feed product & engineering with customer feedback and reusable templates.
  • Train customer success and support teams on best-practice implementation patterns.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS / workflow tool (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Tray…). Solid requirements-gathering, business-analysis, and project-scoping skills are also essential.

Additionally, we seek candidates with fluency in a popular programming language (Python, JS, Ruby etc) and a Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent real-world experience.

Requirements
