  5. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the existing team of Real Estate Associates, assisting them in achieving their sales targets.">
  6. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.">
  7. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering on promises.">
