Job Overview

This role is centered around developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to enhance our ISV partner network. The primary objective is to identify opportunities for collaboration and integration to enrich the Business Central experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to optimize our ISV partner network.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth technical knowledge of ISV solutions that complement Business Central.
  • Partnership Management: Foster relationships with ISV partners, engaging in regular communication to align roadmaps, address technical challenges, and ensure consistent value delivery.
  • Solution Integration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ISV solutions with Business Central.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new ISV partnership opportunities and ensure ongoing product relevance.
  • Product Roadmap Influence: Provide technical insights and recommendations to shape the product roadmap with the ISV partner focusing on customer needs.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer engagements.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop internal processes for training and certifications by working with ISVs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience involving ISV solutions and product management within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem.
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of Business Central architecture, customization, and integration methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends, translating them into actionable product strategies.
