A Business Development Executive plays a vital role in driving business growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and relationship management. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, coworking trends, and supporting businesses in flexible work environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential clients to drive occupancy and revenue
  • Conduct site tours and pitch workspace solutions to freelancers, startups, SMEs, and corporates
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with members and prospects

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Knowledge or interest in coworking spaces, startups, or the flexible work ecosystem is a plus
