
Customer Experience Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to customer loyalty and retention.
- Track order status and proactively inform customers of any delays or issues.
- Generate and share order confirmation, shipping details, invoices, and relevant documentation with customers.
- Assist the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and post-sales support.
- Maintain customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
- Provide administrative support related to sales activities, including data entry, report generation, and record keeping.
- Facilitate warranty claims, product returns, or replacements as per company policy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
