About the Job:

The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes through the use of our solutions. This role involves driving high-touch, proactive engagement with clients to promote utilization of Motive's platform and enabling them to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate value to clients through casual and formal interactions, such as product adoption calls and dashboard training
  • Escalation management and renewal conversations led by the Account Manager
  • Client health and experience care, ensuring a smooth retention process
  • Partnership with internal stakeholders to solve client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both English & Spanish languages (written and verbal)
  • 3+ years of prior experience in a customer-facing role
  • Customer Success or Account Management experience
  • Demonstrate knowledge of effectively managing a book of business of 90+ large business accounts proactively and independently
  • Strong grasp of SaaS applications
