A dynamic sales professional is sought to drive business growth in the designated region. Key responsibilities include achieving monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets, managing stock levels, and overseeing a team of TSOs and CPOs.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve new customer acquisition sales targets through proactive market visits and strong relationship building skills.
- Maintain accurate stock management records and ensure efficient inventory control.
- Coach and motivate TSOs and CPOs to meet their sales targets, providing regular feedback and guidance.
- Foster strong working relationships with existing franchisees, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting changing priorities.
