Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a reference point for Project Management Office queries and information, you will advocate for best practices in project management.

The ideal candidate will facilitate project planning, reviews, demos, and meetings, ensuring that all quality standards are met during project implementation.

You will manage enterprise level resource allocation, making adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges.

Maintaining processes to ensure project management documentation, reports, and plans are relevant, accurate, and complete is also an essential part of this role.

You will provide direction and support to project team members to adhere to quality standards and manage the fields team as they work through project activities.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support a PMO.

A bachelor's degree in MCS/MIT or related field, along with expertise in Microsoft Tools such as MS Project, Project Server, and MS Office, is required.

Understanding of the software development life-cycle and ability to grasp complex software quickly are also essential skills for this position.

Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills, mentoring, and counseling skills are also required for success in this role.
