Territory Sales Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth through exceptional customer relationships and sales strategies. As a seasoned professional, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role, and contribute to shaping our business strategy.
About the Role
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
Design and implement sales plans that meet or exceed sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams of Territory Managers, who are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results. - Monitor and Analyze Performance
Regularly review sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure continued business growth. - Cultivate Customer Relationships
Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. - Manage Budgets and Resources
Oversee budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company assets, while driving business growth and profitability.
Requirements
Leadership Experience
Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with at least 3-4 years of experience.
Business Acumen
Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationships, and operational efficiency.
Skillset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Educational Background
Minimum bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
